Police Report(s) request
Dear Brick Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message, and send all further communication through this email thread, thank you. Please also provide electronic access to view these records.
For the following incidents;
- Incident involving PTL. Raymond Lapoint on Hulse Avenue on 12/10/2021 at approximately 6:23pm - resulting in citation E21 7685 being issued.
- Motor Vehicle Stop conducted by PTL. Michael Miller on Hooper Ave on 11/28/2022 at approximately 12:24pm - resulting in citations E22 5511, E22 5512 being issued.
Please provide:
- Incident report
- CAD Details
- Law enforcement findings
- Copy’s of citation
- All documentation for incidents
If possible without occurring a fee by Twp employees:
- Radio transmissions
- Body camera
- Dash cam
If a fee will be incurred please disregard these items.
