Please see attached case report. This is the only responsive document on file with the Police Department as there was no arrest.
The document is being provided with appropriate redactions to preserve the confidentiality of phone number and Dates of Birth (if any). See Rodriguez v. Kean University, GRC Complaint No. 2014-106 (June 30, 2015); see also, Scheeler v. State , Dep’t of Child. & Fams., 2017 WL 6546970 (App. Div. Dec. 21, 2017)(unpublished); N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 (“a public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public access a citizen’s personal information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen’s reasonable expectation of privacy”).
