BACKGROUND:
In Giblin v. Egg Harbor Township School District, Docket No. ATL-L-3108-21 (later Federal Case No. 1:21-cv-18984), the plaintiff, who was a high school student between 2001 and 2005, claimed that she was groped and forceably kissed by the assistant band director Dominic Scalfaro. In paragraph 25 of her complaint, the plaintiff alleged that, after she became an adult she "filed a formal police report, which included the interview of at least one (1) witness." In order to help you find the file, the Egg Harbor Township Investigative Report is numbered 07-68021.
RECORDS REQUESTED:
1. All police reports relating to the incident described in "Background" above. If you claim that the report is exempt from disclosure, please acknowledge that the report exists.
2. Any CDR-1, CDR-2 or other forms of complaint issued against Dominic Scalfaro
