Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. • a location involved in the incident (e.g., scene, related property, etc.), or
• the listed address of a person involved in the incident
2. For the following timeframe:
Date range: From 01/01/2023 through 12/10/2025

For each responsive record, I am requesting at minimum any legally disclosable portions, including:
• date and time of incident,
• incident type / nature of call,
• general location,
• narrative/redacted narrative as permitted under OPRA,
• case/incident number, and
• final disposition, if available.

I understand that certain information may be redacted in accordance with OPRA exemptions (e.g., victim information, ongoing investigations). If any records are withheld or redacted, please provide a written explanation specifying the statutory basis for each denial or redaction.
