I have received your below OPRA request. However, you have not listed a specific government record. Are you looking for the incident reports?
In addition, if by "phone call recordings", you are referring to 911 calls, those only have a 30 day retention period before they are erased. Therefore, only the 12/20/22 recording would be the only 911 call available (if there is one).

Attached are the requested reports. They have been redacted, citing:

N.J.S.A 47:1A-1 – Privacy Interest - “a public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public access a citizen's personal information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen's reasonable expectation of privacy.”
