With respect to your original request, the Police Department conducted a good faith search for potentially responsive records. No responsive records were found for the address of 5012 Rt. 33 as stated in the response letter you received. Your additional request seeks information or asks questions and does not identify specific government records. As such, this is an invalid OPRA request. Your OPRA request is now deemed answered and closed. In the event of a clarification or appeal, the Police Department reserves the right to raise any other ground for denial not raised in this response. I had one additional question which I just noticed in regards to the missing address of "5012 Route 33."
It is the former Stewart's Root Beer building. The tax map lists that address as part of Wall Township. Is this address not part of Wall Township and considered to be in a different town? Any help would be appreciated.
