Brick Township adheres to N.J.S.A 39:4-131* and Chapter 338-6A(1) of the Brick Township Code* and charges $5.00 per Motor Vehicle Accident report for all requests that are not made in person (via mail, email, internet submissions or fax).
You can submit the request in person to avoid this cost.
Please notify us immediately if you wish to cancel this request or would like to submit the $5 in person or mail us a check.
* N.J.S.A. 39:4-131 "If copies of reports are requested other than in person, an additional fee op to $5.00 may be added to cover the administrative costs of the report.."

§ 338-6. Enumeration of fees and charges.

A. The following fees shall be charged for copies of public documents and records:
(1) Police reports: The fee shall be in accordance with the rates established by N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5, set forth in Subsection A(2) below. For police accident reports not requested in person, an additional fee of $5 shall be charged to cover the administrative costs of the report, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-131.
