This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Police report(s) and 9-1-1 call log/recording(s) for MVA occurring at intersection of Old Wolfe Road & Route 46 in Mount Olive NJ on December 9, 2019 at about 1:50PM . Here is video of the accident.

Your request for information is complete. The total cost is $1.25. You may make a check payable to MOUNT OLIVE TOWNSHIP or bring exact change. Please come to the Township Clerk's Office to pick up your documents. Our Office will be closed December 25, 26, & 27th. There is a slight chance we may close early on December 24th. Normal business hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
If you wish for us to mail the information to you, please send payment to my attention at the PO Box below and we will then send the documents out to you. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Thank you -
