Dear Clinton Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Incident report, arrest/booking report(s), and any supplemental reports if applicable for police case number 2026015761.

This OPRA request has been received on Friday, July 10, 2026. It will be
reviewed and will be processed. A response will be sent within seven (7)
business days after the Township's custodian of records receives the
request.
Please note that a proper OPRA request must identify with reasonable
clarity the records desired. OPRA submissions which request all of an
agency's documents, seek information (and not records), or ask questions
are not proper requests. See Bent v. Stafford Police Department, 381 N.J.
Super. 30, 37 (App. Div. 2005). In addition, record custodians are not
required to conduct research or create new records in response to an OPRA

In response to your request made pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public
Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A, the attached records have been identified as
responsive to your request. Personal identifying information has been
redacted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1 et seq.
The supplemental investigation report you requested is considered criminal
investigatory reports and have been withheld because criminal
investigatory records are exempt from disclosure pursuant to N.J.S.A.
47:1A-1.1. See also Janeczko v. Division of Criminal Justice and
