This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All police reports, records, investigation notes, and other data collected by the Berlin Borough Police Department in regards to the protest and march in Berlin Borough on Saturday, June 6th, 2020. This specifically includes photographs taken by police or any photos or video taken via electronic or technological means before, during, and after the June 6th protest in regards to that event or any investigations thereof.

Parts of this request fails to identify the specific government records
sought, as is required by Bent v. Stafford Police Department, and a party
cannot satisfy this requirement by simply requesting “any and all” of an
agency's documents. However, since he specifically requested photos or
videos taken of the protest, I feel we need to provide those if any are
available.
