Your request is too broad and does not identify a specific government record (ex: incident/case number).
Please identify the specific record(s) that you are requesting. As recognized by the court, an OPRA request is not intended as a research tool, but rather as an avenue for citizens to obtain specific government records. MAG Entertainment, LLC v. Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, 375 N.J. Super. 534, 550 (2005). OPRA simply operates to make identifiable government records readily accessible for copying, inspection or examination. Also, the Appellate Division, Elizabeth Mason v. City of Hoboken, Docket No. A-0508-06T5, held that "OPRA is not intended to be used as a fishing expedition or as a research tool to compile unknown documents."

Dear Ms. Larney,
Documents provided by the Brick Township Police Department to the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office are labeled on the top as "Global Subject Activity Report." That is the specific government record I am referring to. It lists the person's name, physical characteristics, aliases, etc... followed by a listing of all the cases/etc involving the said individual. I am not asking for any additional research to be done, simply a copy of the same documents (Global Subject Activity Reports) that are sent to the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office (with appropriate redactions). They are, as mentioned above, "identifiable government records readily accessible for copying", so please provide those.

N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 (Legislative Findings)
1) Privacy Interest - “a public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public access a citizen's personal information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen's reasonable expectation of privacy.” See Burnett v. Cnty. of Bergen, 198 N.J. 408 (2009).
AND
Executive Order No. 26 (McGreevey 2002)
4) Information relating to medical, psychiatric or psychological history, diagnosis, treatment or evaluation.
AND
N.J.S.A 2C:25-33 ("Prevention of Domestic Violence Act of 1991")
- All records maintained pursuant to this act shall be confidential and shall not be made available to any individual or institution except as otherwise provided by law.
AND
N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 Victims’ records - a. an individually-identifiable file or document held by a victims' rights agency which pertains directly to a victim of a crime except that a victim of a crime shall have access to the victim's own records. "Victims' rights agency" means a public agency, or part thereof, the primary responsibility of which is providing services,
