Dear Township Clerk,
I submitted this OPRA request on January 9. Two days later, on January 11, you asked that I submit through a different website. I do my OPRA requests only though this method here, so I will expect this request to be fulfilled, as others have been since by Lakewood Township, via this OPRA Machine website. I understand if you need a delay due to COVID, but this request is now over 6 weeks old. Please send the records as soon as possible. Here is the original request:

Good Afternoon,
You submitted your request on a Saturday, January 9 when the office was closed. The Township responded to you immediatlely on Monday, January 11, when the office was open askign for your action. We did not hear back from you until today, March 1, as you submitted your response Friday, February 26 at 10:47 at night indicating you wished to remove forward with this request. Same has been submitted to the police for their response. Please note that do to the ongoing COVID pandemic the Township offices are closed and additional files may be off site in storage.

Dear Ms. Ochs,
Thank you for sending the requested documents. I guess it was a misunderstanding on my part. I thought when the township first responded on January 11, you were stating that you would only fulfill the request if I re-submitted it through the township portal, and not through OPRA Machine. Sorry for the confusion!
