Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Body Worn Camera Footage, CAD Notes, and Report from all responding officers to an MVA that occurred on January 17th, 2026, on Kingtown Road.

We anticipate that the records will be provided no later than the close of the business day on Tuesday, February 10th, 2026. Should additional time be required to complete your request, you will be notified.

I have forwarded your request to the Franklin Township Police Department via this email. Please note that the Franklin Township Administrative Offices do not have access to these records and all such records will need to be provided by the Franklin Township Police Department.

Unfortunately, the video from the body-worn camera is too large to email. Please respond and let us know how you would like to proceed if you would like to pick up the video, that can be arranged.
