Thank you for providing further clarification. I am away on vacation and
will be returning to the office Tuesday, October 10th. I am requesting

As to the meeting minutes, please be advised, our meeting minutes are a
synopsis of what occurred at the meeting not a verbatim transcription. A
verbatim transcription does not exist and are not required.
Once I gather all pertinent documents and have the attorney review we will
