Records requested:
The police department of the city of south amboy has a facebook page.
I want the list of blocked names. The list of banned people , the list of blocked words.
Three separate requests. I want a screen shot of the administrator page showing the list of blocked names, either empty or full. I want the same for the separate list of banned people , a screen shot of the page empty or the page with the names on it. I want the list of blocked words.
If you give me the name of the administrator acount and password I can view these documents from any computer with a internet connection. These are records that are exceedingly easy to access and the administrator of this Facebook page has maintained this page for a long time..they are well versed in its use.

The list of blocked people and the list of banned people are two separate documents. Sleazy police agency's have violated records law in the past by putting people on one list then producing the other empty list. Pretending that they don't know about Facebook business pages option to have two separate lists to bann or block people. Facebook works one way. It works that way for everyone.

I asked for three records. The list of banned people, the list of blocked words. The list of blocked people. TWO separate ways exist for the administrator of every single facebook business page on this planet to block people. The BLOCKED People page is not the same as the banned people page. Two separate ways to block people. Two separate records. The south amboy police department created a Facebook acount, that original acount has a option in settings to block people. The business page created has a option to ban people and pages. Police departments put people who are critical of them on the blocked list then submit the other list pretending the other record doesn't exist. Why? They hold the law in visceral contempt. I have recieved both records from other agencies . Facebook works ONE WAY. I can access these records from any computer on earth with the administrator password. It's that simple. This is absolutely unacceptable. Open the original acount, go to settings, privacy , blocking, the list of people the south amboy police might be unlawfully censoring will be either populated with names or it will be empty. The public has a right to view if they are or are not unlawfully censoring free speech. Three records NOT two.
