Good morning,

This office received your request for:

All police CAD entries for case number 18-14509.

All police reports and/or forms generated as a result of case number
18-14509.

All police body camera footage from any officers at the scene of case
number 18-14509.

Please see the attached CAD entries for case number 18-14509. Please be
advised that the entry has been redacted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 and
Executive Order 26.

Moreover, the only document responsive to your request for police reports
and forms generated as a result of case number 18-14509 is a criminal
investigatory record, specifically an incident report, which is
confidential under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1.  In Janeczko v. NJ Department of
Law and Public Safety, Division of Criminal Justice, GRC Complaint No.
2002-79 and 2002-80 (June 2004), the Council found that the criminal
investigatory records which include “records involving all manner of
crimes, resolved or unresolved, and information that is part and parcel of
an investigation, confirmed and unconfirmed” are exempt from disclosure.
(See generally for criminal investigatory records, Paff v. Ocean Cty.
Prosecutor's Office, 235 N.J. 1, 192 A.3d 975 (2018).  Therefore, the
record provided has been redacted as a criminal investigatory record.  The
unredacted information identifies the officers involved in the
investigation along with the date and time.

Please be advised there is no Body Camera Footage available for this
incident.

Our response has been sent this morning.
I was out of the office on March 2, so my count began on March 3.
I apologize for failing to inform you that this request would take so much time due to the need for redaction.
If you haven't already received your documents, please advise. Something these OPRA Machine link don’t send properly when cut and psted into a new thread.
