Re: OPRA request - Police dispatch logs/permits
My office is in receipt of your request for records pursuant to the Open
Public Records Act (NJSA 47:1A-1) dated October 26, 2020. As such, the
seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is being
provided on the second (2^nd) business day since the borough received said
request.
The following specific record has been requested:
1. Police dispatch logs of all incidents of police dispatched to the
following addresses from 2010-Present:
118 Jackson Street
119 Jackson Street
120 Jackson Street
121 Jackson Street
122 Jackson Street
123 Jackson Street
Our RMS system can only retrieve records from 2013. Records responsive are
attached.
2. Property Records on file from 2010-Present (property record cards;
open/closed building/construction permits; certificates of occupancy; code
violations; site plans; surveys) for the following property:
121 Jackson Street (Block 455, Lot 5)
No records responsive
If your request for access to a government record has been denied or

access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the
Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government
Records Council (“GRC”) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint

Council can also answer other questions about the law. All questions
regarding complaints filed in Superior Court should be directed to the
Court Clerk in your County.
