Dear Point Pleasant Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Police dispatch logs of all incidents of police dispatched to the following addresses from 2000-present:
3119 Route 88
3217 Route 88
2615 Bridge Avenue
654 Ocean Road
655 Ocean Road
2. Arrest reports/criminal complaints for the borough for the dates 4/10/2009-4/20/2009.

Thank you for your response. Are your most recent years (for example, 2010-present or 2015-present) of dispatch logs typed up/computerized? If so, please send just the years of records that are already typed up and readily available and which will not require any additional research.

Your OPRA request was not denied based upon whether the requested information was in typed or computerized format. The denial was based upon the request "from 2000-present" which was determined to be overly broad and burdensome. Please advise should you wish to narrow the time frame of your request.

I have an extensive list of motor vehicle stops which occurred in the parking lots of the requested addresses during this time period. Although the violations did not occur at the address, the motor vehicle stops were conducted on the property. Please clarify what types of reports you are looking to assist with this research.
