Your OPRA request # 421 for body worn camera requires an extraordinary expenditure of time and effort. Therefore, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(c), a special service charge is required to fulfill this request.
The lowest paid officer to work on the video footage and make all necessary redactions hourly wage is $106.22. We estimate that it will take 3 hours to view, redact and review the video footage. We will need an estimated fee of $318.66.
If you would like to proceed with your request, you must provide the total amount of the estimate within seven business days; otherwise, we will consider this request closed. If the actual time is less/more than the original estimate, the fee will be adjusted accordingly.
Checks should be made payable to “Borough of East Rutherford” and mailed or hand delivered to the East Rutherford Clerk’s Office, One Everett Place, East Rutherford, NJ 07073.
