I received the rank-and-file police contract, which states it excludes the Supervisory Officers, Deputy Chief and Chief of Police. I am requesting all current collective negotiations' agreement(s), memorandum(s) of agreement or other agreement(s) covering the term and conditions of employment for ALL sworn law enforcement personnel employed by the Township of Franklin.

The Township currently does not have a Deputy Chief or Chief of Police. We have Captains, Lieutenants, Sergeants and Officers.
Currently we have a Public Safety Director that is not part of any union contract.
