In response to your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request “I am
respectfully requesting a copy of the most recent and/or current contract
agreement including but not limited to any Memorandum(s) of Understanding
(MOU) or Memorandum(s) of Agreement (MOA) between the Borough of Fort Lee
and the Fort Lee Police PBA Local 245”, please see attached Contract,
Resolution and Amendment  from the period of January 2016 to December 2020
and the 2021 MOA.

filed in the Fort Lee Municipal Court are to be obtained by completing a
Judiciary Records Request which can be obtained through the New Jersey
