All emails, documents, memorandums, email attachments from or to or sent or received from Barry Colicelli from or to any township official, township employee, elected official and all members of the township committee, police committee, police oversight committee or any other party from January 1, 2017 to August 26, 2021.
2. All correspondences, emails and documents concerning the termination of Barry Colicelli's contract as a consultant to the police committee, police oversight committee, township employee or as a township contractor.

Dear Rick Cuttrell,
After reviewing all of the documents you have provided, I am deeply concerned there are a substantial amount of emails you have not included that were mentioned in lawsuits that are open public record and are in my possession and other documents that were shared on social media relating to Barry Colicelli and township committee members (present and former members) and the township police committee members (present and former members) and other officials.
You are well aware that government records consists of emails which are public records, Paff v Galloway Twp. N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5g states that if a custodian is unable to comply with a request
for access, the custodian shall "indicate the specific basis for the denial". When a record is being
withheld in its entirety, custodians must reply to the OPRA request and explain the reason why the custodian cannot comply with the request.
Please reevaluate my initial request and provide ALL emails relating to Barry Colicelli between the time frames mentioned to any and all parties. If there are emails being denied under OPRA, you must provide me a reason why they are being denied and under what exemption. I am also requesting these emails under the common law right to access.
