This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

I am seeking all Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) between the Township of Old Bridge and the Old Bridge Captains Association covering the period of 2022 through 2026.

As a matter of clarity, the Collective Bargaining Agreements can begin before 2022 and/or extend past 2026 as long as they cover the time period of 2022 through 2026.

I am also seeking all Memorandums of Agreement (MOA) between the Township of Old Bride and the Old Bride Captains Association for collective negotiations agreements (CNAs) covering the period of 2022 through 2026.

As a matter of clarity, the Memorandums of Agreement can begin before 2022 and/or extend past 2026 as long as they cover the time period of 2022 through 2026.
