Good afternoon,

 

I am responding to your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on behalf
of the Colts Neck Township Police Department. The Police Department
Custodian of Police Records received your OPRA request on July 10, 2019.
As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is
July 19, 2019. This response to your request is being provided to by the
deadline.

 

Pursuant to your request for “Police cad reports for 6/1/19 to present”
please see the attached PDF. These records have been redacted pursuant to
OPRA guidelines. Redactions included personal phone numbers, medical
information, and drivers’ license numbers based upon privacy concerns.
Additional redactions to security codes, alarm reference codes, and
location of homeowners’ light timers were redacted based on safety and
security exemptions.
