Police CAD reports
Dear South River Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Copies of all police CAD reports showing police and EMS responses and disposition of all EMS calls from July 2, 2018 to January 2, 2019.
Your request for CAD reports has generated 354 pages of materials that must be reviewed and redacted before they can be released. Therefore, The Borough of South River will need a time extension to fulfill this request. The documents will be provided by close of business on Jan 16, or sooner if the redactions is completed before them.
