In regards to your recent OPRA and common law right of access request pertaining to copies of all police CAD reports and detail narratives involving the subject Scott Campbell, 41 Osborne Ave., New Providence, New Jersey for the period of May 29th, 2018 to May 29th, 2023, please be advised that your request for information is denied as per Executive Order No. 26, No. 4 "Information relating to medical, psychiatric or psychological history, diagnosis, treatment or evaluation."
