Dear Malloy, Diane,
I do not believe it should take you 4.5 hours to fulfill this request, as the types of redactions that would be required are very obvious ones like redacting an address or a juvenile’s name, etc. They do not require analysis. Moreover, 4.5 hours of time is not an “extraordinary effort” of time that justifies a special service charge, so I again object on that basis as well. In other words, it won’t take you 4.5 hours to make these simple redactions. But, even if it did, 4.5 hours does not justify a charge. Please amend your response...!!
