Dear Mr. Lindsay,
The Cape May County Police Academy has advertised an Alternet Route Exam.
I don't understand how you do not have a list of people taking the exam and their email addresses.
I am taking your denial as being non-responsive.

I again under OPRA and Common Law make the request for the names and email address of those individuals who applied to take the alternate route exam for the Cape May County Police Academy.

Yours sincerely,

Tom McGorry

Mr. McGorry,

The Alternate Route Exam is administered by the Cape May County Chiefs of Police Association. The Association maintains all records relative to the process.
