This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
I have numerously have seen vehicles of the FTPD on CR-524A specifically outside 312 CR-524A in Farmingdale, NJ providing Police Services for Construction or other services being completed.
Now, records requested,
1. any and all Shared Service Agreements with any entity of Freehold Township and any entity of the Borough of Farmingdale NJ, from Jan 1 2020 to present.
2. any and all Shared Service Agreements with any entity of Howell Township and any entity of the Borough of Farmingdale NJ, from Jan 1 2020 to present.
3. any agreement, contract, memorandum of understanding, borough resolutions, or other documentation as defined by OPRA detailing the agreement between the Borough and the State Police for Police Services.
4. any and all Shared Service Agreements with any entity of Monmouth County (County Departments / Agencies) and any entity of the Borough of Farmingdale NJ, from Jan 1 2020 to present.
5. 1. any and all Shared Service Agreements with any entity of Freehold Borough and any entity of the Borough of Farmingdale NJ, from Jan 1 2020 to present.
