Dear Mount Laurel Township,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

Any and all plot plans, site plans, surveys, boundary surveys, mortgage-location surveys, and zoning/building permit plans on file with Mount Laurel Township for the property located at 346 Saint Claire Court, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 (Tax Map Reference: Block 1006.03, Lot 17; formerly Block 276D, Lot 17, Ramblewood Village, Section 52).

Specifically, please search the records maintained by:

The Construction / Building Code Office (permit application files: fences, additions, decks, sheds, pools, grading, etc. containing a plot plan or survey);

The Zoning Office (zoning permits/approvals with site/plot plans);

The Engineering Office (plot plans, site plans, or surveys).

If any portion of a record is exempt, please segregate the exempt material and provide the non-exempt records, citing the specific exemption for each redaction. Please provide copies in electronic (PDF) format if available and advise of any fees in advance. I request a response within the seven-business-day statutory period.

Please see the attached 1993 permit for a 3 foot residential fence in response to your OPRA request.

This is the only construction department record on file for the requested Block & Lot that contains a survey. This concludes the response to your OPRA request, other departments will respond separately.
