-Copies of Open/Unresolved Fire Code Violations as of the last inspection
-Copies of Open/Unresolved Zoning/Building Violations and/or Code Enforcement Cases
-Copies of Site Specific Approved Development Conditions (PUD Site Specific Variances, Ordinances, Conditional Use/Special Use Permits)
The above information is being requested for the 5 properties listed below:
303, 305, 307, and 309 Fellowship Road and 700 East Gate Drive

Fire is a separate entity. You would have to contact the fire department.
