Redevelopment Agreement signed with the Township., 3. voting records of the twp. council and planning board, 4. All plans and drawings for the project, 5. All approvals from the planning board. 6. Any ordinances or resolutions pertaining to the Thomas Place/3171 US Hwy. 1 site redevelopment.

Regarding 3171 US Hwy. 1; 1. All documents related to Eminent domain including appraisals, survey Etc. 2. applications to the planning or zoning board for redevelopment. 3. redevelopment agreement with the township. 4. all documents related to the transfer from all parties involved with the deed transfer. 5.Bidding documents to acquire the property.6. All documents related to the Vacating Thomas Place
