Planning Boards approval, sub-dividing 12 Lakeview avenue property from 156 West Passaic Street's Deed.
Dear Rochelle Park Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: I would like to see the Planning Boards approval, sub-dividing 12 Lakeview avenue property from 156 West Passaic Street's Deed. 156 West Passaic went before the zoning board, after purchasing 12 lakeview with the intention of expanding their parking lot. As part of the boards approval, certain stipulations needed to me changed and met. The change was to incorporate 12 Lakeview into 156 W. Passaic Streets deed, and the property would become reclassified. (No Longer Residential) Secondly, they would need to get DEP approval before changing property to parking lot. BTW, the property owner should have this resolution, just in case the Building Dept. uses the , Destroyed in Flood Excuse". Than You
Yours faithfully,
Anonymous

Dear Rochelle Park Township,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Rochelle Park Township's handling of my OPRA request 'Planning Boards approval, sub-dividing 12 Lakeview avenue property from 156 West Passaic Street's Deed.'.
[ GIVE DETAILS ABOUT YOUR COMPLAINT HERE ] If there isn't any board sub-division approvals for this property, I would expect a formal investigation by the zoning officer, doing whatever research necessary to rectify this permit approval, which I feel isn't valid. Speak to the applicant if he or they were original owners, and get a copy of his zoning board resolution, before other agencies are contacted. if we can't follow procedure, how can we protect the community from illegal construction.
