Dear Cilento, Mary Ann,
Thank you in advance for you assistance and your pointing out your OPRA Request forms, but in the future we will continue to use the OPRA Machine for all our requests requests.
Also, when we are unsure where to direct a request for Ocean County, the clerk is generally the place to start.
