Personnel Roster to include all township employees

Records requested:
A current personnel roster for all Brick Township employees including the police department; please include start date, name, title and status, base salary and annual salary.

For status - need clarification. These are all current employees, but I don't know if they are referring to some other "status."
For "base salary" - need clarification - is this referring to the base for their primary title only with no stipends, longevity, second titles, or differentials? Or do they mean something else?
