Permits/flood/substantial damage documents for 705 Center Street

For the property located at 705 Center Street, Block 17, Lot 13, please provide:
1) Any substantial damage or substantial improvement letters on file;
2) Documents pertaining to Zoning Permit 2061;
3) Correspondence dated March 22, 2019 by T&M and documents in the file pertaining to this correspondence;
4) Any information pertaining to an underground oil tank.
