on file in the construction department for 114 Chatham Road.
The following permits are on our archive system:
1992: Patio covered deck
1993: New bathroom, relocate laundry room and plumbing alterations
The 2026 gas hot water heater permit is open and will require a mechanical
final inspection.
The 2026 HVAC permit application is going through the review process.
All other permits are closed.
There are no violations on file, and the original certificate of occupancy
is not on file due to the year of construction, which was 1962.
If you would like to contact the Fire Department for violations, their
phone number is (856) 234-6053.
This completes the OPRA Request for the construction department.
The other departments will respond separately.
