This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

-Any and all memorandums, directives, instructions, guidance, procedures, policies, and/or any other references to protocol to or from the New Jersey Governor's Office, the New Jersey Attorney General's Office, the New Jersey State Police Superintendent's Office, the New Jersey State Prosecutor's Office, the Monmouth County Sheriff's Office, the Monmouth County Court system, the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office, any municipal police department within Monmouth County, any municipal government offices within Monmouth County, and/or any other entity regarding the Monmouth County Court's acceptance, handling, holding, processing, consideration, approval, denial, renewal, issuance, and/or return of New Jersey Permit to Carry a Handgun applications.

-Any and all memorandums, directives, instructions, guidance, procedures, policies, and/or any other references to protocol regarding the maximum, minimum, allowable, acceptable and/or total processing times in regards to Monmouth County Court's handling of New Jersey Permit to Carry a Handgun applications.

-Any and all memorandums, directives, instructions, guidance, procedures, policies, and/or any other references to protocol regarding the need for an applicant's physical appearance in court in regards to Monmouth County Court's handling of New Jersey Permit to Carry a Handgun applications.

-Any and all memorandums, directives, instructions, guidance, procedures, policies, and/or any other references to protocol regarding the need for and/or necessary involvement and role of the Monmouth County Prosecutor in regards to Monmouth County Court's handling of New Jersey Permit to Carry a Handgun applications.

-Any and all memorandums, directives, instructions, guidance, procedures, policies, and/or any other references to protocol regarding the adherance to the SCOTUS/Bruen decision in regards to Monmouth County Court's handling of New Jersey Permit to Carry a Handgun applications.

-Any and all memorandums, directives, instructions, guidance, procedures, policies, and/or any other references to protocol regarding the unlawful, unsafe, and blatantly Unconstitutional "restrictions" (specifically restrictions 6 through 11) noted within the court order issued to Monmouth County Permit to Carry a Handgun recipients, in regards to Monmouth County Court's issuance of New Jersey Permit to Carry a Handgun applications.

-Total number of New Jersey Permits to Carry a Handgun issued by Monmouth County during the month of August 2022.
