In response to your OPRA request, please see attached. On the building
permit list, the “C” under status means the permit is closed, any without a
“C” (blank) are open, and “A” means abandoned. Please note that the address
was changed by the owner per the attached letter. There are no violations
and there are no oil tank records on file. In order to close open building
permits, please contact the building department at 732-968-1023 ext. 6606.

Attached are the certificates of approval for the permits that remained
open. George is out of the office today but authorized their closure. I am
also sending a list of all permits showing that they are all closed (refer
to the letter "c" - far right).

PERMIT APPLICATION DROP OFF/PAYING FOR PERMITS: Mail OR place in dropbox
