I WILL BE DOING A SEPTIC INSPECTION AT 6 HUTCHINSON RD., ALLENTOWN, UPPER FREEHOLD, BLOCK 52, LOT2.03. I HAVE ATTACHED THE OPRA REQUEST I AM LOOKING FOR THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT SEPTIC RECORDS, SEPTIC APPLICATION AND SEPTIC DESIGN DRAWING SHOWING SEPTIC SYSTEM SOLIDS TANK AND LEACH FIELD IN RELATION TO THE HOME. I DID MAKE THIS RQUEST OF MONMOUTH CO HEALTH WHO JUST GOT BACK TO ME TODAY TO SAY I SHOULD GO TO YOU FOR THESE RECORDS!!!!!!!!!!! I AM DOING THIS INSPECTION TOMORROW! ANY ASSISTANCE WOULD BE HELP FULL. THANK YOU
