other relevant records including current assessed property value are

Permit Records”
No OPRA request is required and its immediate access. The Tax Accessor
will send the property tax records.
Please be advised that Bernards Township would like to encourage all OPRA
requests to be submitted through Bernards Township’s online OPRA request
system by [2]clicking here. Use of this online system tool allows the
municipality to efficiently receive, track, and process requests in
compliance with statutory timelines.
Requests submitted through the online system allow for smoother processing
and provide accurate tracking capability.
To promote efficiency and consistency in handling public records requests,
