Dear OPRA Custodian,
From the Thomas A. Edison State University website, I found a commencement book that lists the number of Doctorate, MBA, and bachelor degrees awarded for the latest school year ended. However, the book does not list the number of students who were awarded non degree credits. I would like to clarify my request to request this one document. Please be advised of Governor Whitman's Executive Order #69, which says, a "'request' shall mean either a written or oral request; provided, however, that all requests are made with sufficient clarity so as to enable a reasonable person to understand the information that is being sought."
The information above relates to members of the New Jersey Military Academy Officer Candidate School Class, the State Police Academy, and the various regional/county municipal police academies, and their most recent school years ended.
