Dock Road Redevelopment Area
- Documents and records associated with Appendices A, B, and C of the PENNVAL ROAD REDEVELOPMENT STUDY from February 2008 put together by Heyer, Gruel & Associates
- Documents and records associated with a citation in August 2005 from the Township to Seaside Properties for operating without a site plan on the Pennval Road property, as well as a notice of unsafe structure and notice of violation/order to terminate a structure located on Block 523, lot 1. In addition, the Township complaint filed in Superior Court in Middlesex County, NJ, related to these matters.

Thank you for helping with my request. The property is on Block 531.2, Lot 100, off of Pennval Road. It was formerly owned by LWS Spector-Woodbridge, but you could also try looking up Phoenix Equipment. It's now owned by Stalwart Equities. I hope that helps!

The Woodbridge Health Department was not able to find any records pertaining to your request. I searched by Block/lot 531.2-100 as well as LWS Spector and Phoenix Equipment. If there is another address or company name you would like for me to search please let me know.
