Please confirm your acceptance or denial of this request within three (3)
business days by replying to this E-mail. Failure to respond will be
considered an acceptance of the revised due date which includes the three
(3) business days for this response.

Please be advised that by agreeing to the new due date you are not waiving
any of your rights under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.

Thank you,

Dear Ms. Daniels,

Thank you for letting me know about the extension. Keith Harley informed me that there are 3 PDFs ready to send to me. Would it be possible for you to provide me with those documents while the physical document gets examined? I would greatly appreciate it as the first draft of an assignment I'm requesting these documents for is due tomorrow morning and I would be eager to include these documents for my professor to take a look at. I accept the extension request for the archived box.

Best wishes,
Alex

Mr. Norbrook:

Attached are the responsive records for the above referenced OPRA
request.  With regards to records related to the Hearing Requests (ESA
6181-04), the file was lost in January 2011 during the processing of an
OPRA request.  The NJDEP attempted to reconstruct the file.  The NJDEP
believes there may be responsive records in an archived box at the
warehouse, the reason for the requested extension, and will follow-up with
regards to this by Friday, December 1st.
