Good Morning,

Please be advised, the Township of Pennsauken is in receipt of your OPRA
request as of Tuesday, October 4.  After reading through your request, we
must inform you that there is not one spreadsheet that shows all the
requested information.  As custodians are not required to create new
records, if we have records responsive, we will provide them in the way
that they are stored.

Also, the Township has no records responsive to your request for water
shut off notices, water bills or sewer bills.  You will need to contact
the Merchantville-Pennsauken Water Commission (856-663-0043) and
Pennsauken Sewerage Authority (856-663-5542) as they are separate
entities.

The Township has no records responsive to your request for properties that
are in probate.

The Township is not able to download lists from its databases fully
responsive to your requests for:

-are absentee-owned

-have code violations within the last year exceeding $1000

-are more then 2 months delinquent in paying their property taxes

-have municipal liens that were not sold during the last three months

-class 2 properties with outstanding property tax balances greater than
$2000

Our systems are just not able to narrow down the data for requests like
these.  We will only be able to provide:

-all vacant properties

-full lists of code violations for the last year

-all properties that are delinquent on property taxes (all properties and
values)

-All properties that have a lien (municipal or otherwise)

The 7^th business day to respond to your request is October 14

Please be advised, we provided a partial response on Friday, October 7
providing excel documents for foreclosures, vacant properties and tax
liens.  As custodians are not required to create new records in the
completion of an OPRA request, records are being provided as they are
kept.  The Vacant property list and foreclosure lists do not show owners
information since that information is not kept on the list.  The provided
tax lien list does list owner information.  We are still working with the
Pennsauken tax office to provide the unpaid tax list.

We have attached a .pdf of the code violations for the year to date.  As
the Township does not keep this information in the requested format and
the Township is unable to export the requested information to the
requested format, we are providing it in .pdf format as that is the format
we are able to export it to.

The 7^th business day to respond to your request is Oct. 14, however, the
Pennsauken tax office may require more time to respond to your request for
the tax list.  If so, we will provide a response to you requesting a
extension of time.
