Dear DOH-deeohcustodian,

I will accept your second delay aka extension. But now you will have to provide the PCR reports up to and including 12/31/20 or as close to that day as you. If the State was Transparent, the reports would be readily available for the public to view. I don't get what the delay is about. Please explain further why the extension is needed.

Yours sincerely,

Michael Windsor

Dear DOH-deeohcustodian,

I don't accept the delay. You had long enough to come up with the reports. I will be sending this entire OPRA request to the GCR. Either you have the reports or you are hiding them. You have to ask for an extension per GRC and you are telling me you are extending. I don't accept nor will I grant you any extension.

Yours sincerely,

Michael Windsor
