The Chester Township Records Custodian received your OPRA request on
January 24, 2020.  As such, the seven (7)-business day deadline to respond
to your request is February 4, 2020.  This response is being provided on
the 6th business day following receipt of your request.

"All emails/correspondence between Chester Township Clerk and Township
Council members regarding PBA 315 contract negotiations from July 2019 to
present."
N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 13.c states that documents created in connection with
collective bargaining negotiations are exempt from OPRA.  A log of those
documents is attached to this email.  Also attached to this email are
documents that, notwithstanding this exemption, are being produced and are
responsive to your request.
"All raises and title changes for all Township employees from January 2019
to present."
