Payments are defined as any payment to Kelly Yaede for through the Edmunds software. Copy of detailed vendor history report along with supporting purchase orders, supporting documentation, and cancelled checks.
All purchase orders payable to Kelly Yaede that may have been voided or cancelled for the same time period.
Copy of "sick and vacation" payout worksheet that calculated payments for unused sick and vacation time after she exited as an employee of the township.
Copy of Eileen Gore's clerks license and outlook calendars for the period 7/1/19 to 2/7/20

Gore, attached hereto are the responsive records. Please note, redactions
were applied in the payment responses and the calendar in regards to
confidential health information pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 (privacy);
Executive Order 26 (McGreevey 2002) at Paragraph 4(b)(1) via N.J.S.A.
47:1A-9; and 45 C.F.R. § 164.502 (HIPAA) via N.J.S.A. 47:1A-9. This
request is now considered closed.
