Dear Brick Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
A list of all employees who received payouts of vacation, sick, personal and/or Comp time upon separation of employment for the years 2015 ,2016, 2017 and 2018 and the amount paid.

I regards to your status request below, please clarify what your initial request was for. I do not have any requests for simply "pay outs". Please be more specific, as I have a few "anonymous" requests.

The Township Clerk went through her entire email this morning and still cannot locate your initial request. However, I have already forwarded your request this morning to our HR Department for processing.
