Dear Dena Hrebenak,
Thank you for your response. Some OPRA request records are blacked out, have omitted pages, pages are cut off and some are missing completely. A records review concluded the following results:
No OPRA requests provided for 2010.
No OPRA requests provided for 2011.
No OPRA requests provided for 2012.
Only 8 OPRA requests provided for 2013.
Only 2 OPRA requests provided for 2014.
After reconciling my requests and some others with your files, some are missing completely.
Please reconsider this request and fulfill with all OPRA requests.

As per the records retention schedule the OPRA requests from 2010-2012
were approved and shredded in October 2017. The OPRA requests from 2013
were the items that required a fee and are scheduled to be shredded this
October.

I requested all OPRA requests not just ones that required a fee. Further, upon my review, not all the ones provided by you did require a fee. Please fulfill this records request prior to shredding.
